If Fizz does not use Trickster, he will slam the ground below him, dealing magic damage and slowing nearby enemies within 330-range for 2 seconds. MAGIC DAMAGE: 70 / 120 / 170 / 220 / 270 (+ 75% AP)ĪCTIVE: Fizz hops onto his trident in a nearby location, becoming untargetable for 0.75 seconds. That or nerf it's base damage and/or AP ratio. If I had to make a suggestion I would lower the untargetable time from. His E currently has - untargetable, slow, escape/gapcloser and nice AP ratio. Mid game with some CDR, you will be able to be untargetable once about every 10 seconds, sooner than that if you max it first. His towerdiving is godlike because of this as well. My point is this - Fizz has little fear of retaliation when using his full combo primarily because of his E. When I play against him, I get pretty frustrated because he's so damn slippery and that the other player gets away unharmed more than they should. When I play him, I feel like I get away unscathed way more often then I should. To a degree, I've noticed the same to be true of Fizz. The counterplay with previous Talon was "don't get in range of him" which was one of the reasons he got changed and was "toxic" to play against. What does this have to do with silences? In the same way, I dare say Fizz is sometimes just as frustrating and/or problematic to play against as the listed champions before their silence was removed. Talon, Leblanc and Kassadin all had their silences removed because they could chunk your health or 100-0 you with little to no counterplay, have little fear of retaliation and most of the time get away with their lives as well. I've played this champ for nearly all of season 3 and 4.
